The composition of 1 ml is 12.5 mg of Iodine. Auxiliary components: potassium iodide and glycerol. Lugol Vialain additionally contains sea salt, laminaria extract, triclosan and sodium saccharinate.

Proper use of the drug eliminates the resorption of the active substance through the skin. Lugol at contact with mucous walls on 30% turns to the form of iodides. Accidental ingestion leads to a complete absorption of iodine, which accumulates in the thyroid gland. Metabolites are excreted by the kidney system, sweat glands and calves. Indications for use

External application:
    traumatic injuries;
