Interaction with other drugs
Retinol reduces the anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoids. The drug should not be taken concomitantly with nitrites and cholestyramine, as they interfere with the absorption of retinol. Vitamin A can not be prescribed with retinoids, as their combination is toxic.
Thiamine hydrochloride affects the processes of polarization in the site of neuromuscular synapses and can weaken the curare-like action.

Tricyclic antidepressants, imipramine and amitriptyline inhibit the metabolism of riboflavin, especially in the tissues of the heart.
Vitamin C increases the risk of crystalluria when combined with sulfonamides, increases the concentration of penicillin in the blood, increases iron absorption, reduces the effectiveness of heparin and indirect anticoagulants. Absorption of vitamin C decreases with simultaneous use with oral contraceptives.
Overdose
