Composition

1 tablet contains:
    vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate);
    vitamin A (synthetic retinyl palmitate);
    vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate);
    vitamin B2 (riboflavin);
    vitamin C (ascorbic acid);
    vitamin D3 (oily form, concentrate of colcalciferol);
    vitamin B 1 (thiamine mononitrate);
    vitamin PP (nicotinamide);
    vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin in mannitol);
    vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Additional substances: flavors (peach, mandarin), liquid dextrose (dry matter), lactose monohydrate, antifoaming agent, emulsion wax, povidone, sunset sunny yellow colorant, glycerol, sucrose, titanium dioxide, castor oil, polysorbate-80, sorbitol.

Form of issue

Makrovit's vitamins are produced in the form of biconvex, round tablets of bright orange color (there may be single inclusions of another color). Each blister has 10 tablets. In the carton box there are 3 blisters and instructions.

Kolekaltsiferol (vitamin D) is necessary for high-grade assimilation of calcium.
Retinol (vitamin A) is involved in the biological synthesis of a specific photosensitive pigment in the retina of the eye.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) participates in oxidation-reduction processes, it is necessary for the absorption of Fe iron.
Tocopherol (vitamin E) is a natural, physiological antioxidant that allows to preserve the functional activity of cell membranes, acting as their protector.

Indications for use

The drug allows you to fill the lack of vitamins in special conditions:
    intensive sports;
    increased mental / physical activity;
    breast-feeding;
    unbalanced / irregular meals for people with nicotine / alcohol dependence, with reduced appetite in an elderly group of patients, with a diet, seasonal lack of fresh fruits and vegetables;
    gestation.

Contraindications

    individual hypersensitivity;
    age restriction in pediatrics - up to 6 years;
    hypervitaminosis A;
    hypervitaminosis D.
It is not recommended to take medication for patients who suffer from galactose / glucose malabsorption syndrome. The drug is contraindicated for fructose intolerance (congenital form), isomaltase / sucrose / lactase deficiency.

Side effects

Long-term therapy can cause hypervitaminosis A / D.

The scheme of treatment in pediatric practice (age category 6-10 years): 1 tablet 1-2 times a day. The scheme of treatment for adults and children from 10 years: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
The duration of multivitamin therapy is 20-30 days. By decision of the treating doctor, the course can be repeated.

Overdose

Taking large doses of vitamin preparations can provoke hypervitaminosis A / D. The probability of an overdose of tablets Makrovit is minimal.

Interaction

Makrovit is not recommended for appointing other multivitamin complexes to prevent manifestations of hypervitaminosis.

Storage conditions
