Use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation

In the first trimester of pregnancy, the preparation of Trombo ACC is not prescribed, since all the organs and systems of a future child are laid on this term, and the effect of drugs on the female body can disrupt this process and cause the formation of congenital anomalies.
In the second trimester of pregnancy, the use of the drug is possible under the supervision of the doctor, in the event that the expected therapeutic effect for the mother significantly exceeds the probable risks to the child.
In the third trimester of pregnancy, the use of Trombo ACC tablets is contraindicated, since treatment can lead to internal bleeding in the fetus, massive birth defects and bleeding disorders in the newborn.
Acetylsalicylic acid can be excreted in breast milk and cause severe side effects in infants, so treatment with the drug is not performed during lactation. If necessary, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

    from the nervous system - dizziness and headaches, tinnitus, hearing loss;
    risk of bleeding, hematoma, bleeding gums;

If one or more side effects appear, the drug should be discontinued and consult a doctor.

Overdose

When ingesting Trombo ACC tablets in large doses, the symptoms of overdose develop rapidly, which are expressed in acute salicylate poisoning - vomiting, feces with blood, toxic liver damage, nosebleeds, tinnitus, respiratory alkalosis.
In severe poisoning with acetylsalicylic acid, patients develop pulmonary edema, respiratory depression, asphyxia (choking), cardiac arrhythmias, convulsions, coma.
Treatment of an overdose of salicylates is to wash the stomach, multiple intake of activated charcoal, restore the water-salt balance, if necessary, carry out symptomatic treatment.

Drug Interactions

Special care requires the drug interaction of Trombo ACC tablets with such drugs:
    Methotrexate;
    Anticoagulants - because of the risk of massive bleeding;
    NEP;
    Thrombolytic agents;
    Hypoglycemic drugs and insulin.
The acetylsalicylic acid, which is part of the Trombo ACC tablets, enhances the therapeutic effect of the aforementioned drugs, which increases the likelihood of side effects and overdose. If a drug interaction is required, dosage adjustment is required.
With the simultaneous administration of tablets with drugs from the group of glucocorticosteroids, a decrease in the therapeutic effect of acetylsalicylic acid is observed.
