Composition

In 1 tablet Laminaria Evalar contains polysaccharides (mannitol, laminarin, fructose), provitamin A, vitamins B, C, E, D, macro / microelements: iodides, sodium, potassium, manganese, magnesium, bromine, iron, cobalt, chromium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus and sulfur compounds, nitrogen-containing substances, pantothenic, alginic, folic acid, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, amino acids, laminarin, polysaccharide mannitol.

Pharmacodynamics

The therapeutic effect of Laminaria Evalar is due primarily to the iodine compounds contained therein. Since iodine is the most important component of thyroxin, the curative effect is manifested in thyroid diseases caused by a deficiency of iodine.
Thyroxin in physiological concentrations enhances protein assimilation, activates some enzymes, improves the absorption of phosphorus, iron and calcium. Iodine of kelp regulates the function of the ovaries, menstrual cycle, reduces the viscosity of the blood and increases the tone of the vessels, stops the manifestations of the pre- and climatic period.
The hypotensive effect of the drug is due to the property of laminin to have an antihypertensive effect.
The anti-atherosclerotic effect is due to iodine and alginic acid in the laminaria. The drug slows the development of atherosclerosis, reduces the content of total cholesterol, triglycerides, cholesterol-lipoprotein in the blood serum and promotes the active excretion of cholesterol from the body.
The laxative effect of the drug is caused by irritation of the intestinal mucosa receptors caused by the ability of the polysaccharides to swell in the intestine. This leads to an increase in the volume of fecal masses and, correspondingly, to an increase in intestinal peristalsis, which contributes to its emptying.
The content of bromine laminar is beneficially influenced by CNS excitation and inhibition. Laminaria has a pronounced radioprotective property. Radioprotective action is due to the property of alginic acid to form salts with ions of 3 and 2-valent metals.

The drug Laminaria Evalar has a general strengthening effect. It is recommended as a dietary supplement to food, as an additional source in the organic form of iodine and polysaccharides.
Assign for hyperthyroidism, chronic atonic constipation, mild form of Graves' disease, atherosclerosis, prevention of endemic goiter, enterocolitis (mild laxative), adenoma and proctitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, hemorrhagic diathesis, nephritis, severe renal failure, children under 14 years old, breast-feeding and pregnancy.
