Scope for Zacofalc nmx

An additional source of inulin containing oleic acid.
Oily acid is normally produced in the large intestine as a result of normal digestion of the intestines of indigestible carbohydrates, which come with food. The main function of butyric acid is the supply of energy to the cells of the colonic mucosa (colonocytes) and maintaining them in a healthy functional state. Butyric acid as a product of the vital activity of useful intestinal bacteria is the main regulator of water-electrolyte balance in the colon, contributes to the absorption of excess water in the large intestine, preventing liquid stool (diarrhea). Acting as an energy and regulatory substrate for colonocytes, butyric acid regulates the development and renewal of cells of the colon mucosa, strengthens the protective barrier of the mucous membrane, reduces the visceral sensitivity of the colon to irritant stimuli, primarily the stretching of the thick guts in a number of states.
Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber that creates a nutrient medium for the intestinal microflora, thereby stimulating the growth of beneficial bacteria (prebiotic action). As a result of inulin metabolism, endogenous butyric acid is also formed by the gut bacteria. Inulin is one of the widely used classical prebiotics. Inulin is not digested by human digestive enzymes and easily enters the large intestine, where it stimulates the growth of useful intestinal bifidobacteria. Accordingly, due to the growth of beneficial bacteria, the peristalsis of the large intestine is improved and the production of bacterial metabolites beneficial for the organism is taking place. Inulin and metabolites of beneficial colon microflora have a positive effect not only on metabolic processes in the colon cells, but also on the metabolism in general, have an antioxidant effect, which is especially important for the elderly.
Release of active substances in the large intestine. In order to fully realize its basic biological functions, oleic acid when ingested should enter the large intestine, avoiding premature absorption in the overlying areas of the gastrointestinal tract. This is made possible by the use of a special technology based on a polymeric multimatrix structure that allows the tablets to overcome intact the stomach and small intestine and reach the large intestine. Throughout the colon, a gradual release of active substances occurs. The polymeric multimatrix system (NMX) provides the action of butyric acid and inulin throughout the large intestine within 24 hours.
