Description

Ground raw materials. Pieces of rhizomes and scaly remains of leaf stalks of various shapes. The color of the rhizomes in the fracture is light pink or light brown, the color of scales and cork is dark brown or almost black. The taste of water extract is strongly astringent.
Powder. Particles of rhizomes and scaly residues of leaf petioles of various shapes, from light pink to light brown with dark brown, almost black, less often whitish and greenish patches. The taste of water extract is strongly astringent.

A decoction of Badan rhizomes has astringent, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic effect.

Indications for use

Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx (stomatitis, gingivitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontitis); in gynecology - vaginitis, colpitis, cervical erosion.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Badan root.

Dosage and administration

About 3 g (1 teaspoon) of Badan root are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water are poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Filter out without cooling. The remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
The broth is applied topically 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day for douching, rinsing and lotions.
Before use, the broth is recommended to shake.
2 filter bags (3 g) of Badan root are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 30 minutes, periodically pressing the teabags with a spoon, then squeezing them out. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
The broth is applied topically for ½-1/3 cup 2-3 times a day for douching, rinsing and lotions.
Before use, the broth is recommended to shake.

Crushed raw materials for 30 g, 35 g, 40 g, 50 g, 60 g, 75 g, 100 g in carton packs with an inner bag.
Powder in filter bags of 1.5 g, 10 or 20 filter bags in a carton pack.

Storage conditions

In a dry, dark place and out of reach of children; cooked broth - in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
Shelf life - 4 years.
Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
