Description of Proctophytol
Collected crushed. The mixture of non-uniform particles of vegetable raw material is grayish-green with yellowish-green, greenish-brown, yellow, reddish-brown, yellowish-orange, yellowish-brown impregnations. The scent is fragrant. The taste of the water extract is sweetish, spicy.

Pharmacotherapeutic group
Antihemorrhoidal remedy of plant origin.
pharmachologic effect
Infusion collection has a laxative, spasmolytic, hemostatic effect.
Indications for use
Hemorrhoids, chronic constipation.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute stomach syndrome, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, intestinal obstruction, strangulated hernia, pregnancy.
Dosing and Administration
About 6 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in enamel ware, poured into 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, filtered. The remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside ½-1 glass at night. The duration of application is determined by the nature of the disease, the effect achieved, the nature of concomitant therapy.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

Side effects of Proctophytol
Allergic reactions are possible; with prolonged use, constipation, thirst, weight loss, headache, pain in the heart, etc., are possible.
Overdose
In case of an overdose in connection with a pronounced laxative effect, loss of potassium with symptoms of hypokalemia can be observed.

Proctophytol collected in 30 grams, 35 grams, 40 grams, 50 grams, 60 grams, 75 grams, 100 grams in packs of cardboard with an inner package.
Powder in filter packs of 2.0 g; for 10 or 20 filter bags in a pack of cardboard.
Storage conditions
In a dry place protected from light; prepared infusion - in a cool place not more than 2 days.
Keep out of the reach of children!
Shelf life - 2 years.
