Composition

In one dose of the spray there is an active substance (beclomethasone dipropionate) 50 μg + auxiliary substances (phenylethanol, dextrose anhydride, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, water, benzalkonium chloride, polysorbate, microcellulose, hydrochloric acid).

Form of issue

pharmachologic effect of Nasobec

Anti-inflammatory, antiallergic. Removes puffiness.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The active substance of the drug is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid. It stimulates the reproduction of lipomodulin, which is an inhibitor of the enzyme phospholipase A and delays the synthesis of arachidonic acid. Thus, there is a decrease in inflammatory exudation and synthesis of lymphokines, a slowing down of the process of marginal accumulation of neutrophil cells.
The processes of infiltration and granulation are oppressed due to the ability of beclomethasone to inhibit the migration of macrophages. The edema subsides, the mucus is less produced, the mucociliary transport improves.
The drug is well tolerated, even with very long-term use. Relief of symptoms comes in a couple of days, after the beginning of admission.
When administered as inhalation, does not have a high absorption capacity. An insignificant amount of substance penetrating the digestive tract is destroyed in the liver. Half of the substance is removed from the body after 15 hours, up to 90% of the active substance binds to plasma proteins. The drug with feces is excreted and, slightly, through the kidneys.

Reviews about Nasobec

Reviews about Nasobec are mostly positive. Many are struggling with this tool not only with allergies, but also with symptoms of sinusitis, when vasoconstrictive drugs no longer help. In combination with antibiotics, the drug copes with sinusitis.
Some patients who have acquired dependence on vasoconstrictors fight it with the help of Nasobec. Side effects are rare, many like the floral scent of the drug and a convenient form of release. Also attracts a relatively low cost of the drug.
