Eye drops of Cipromed per 1 ml of the drug contain 3 mg of ciprofloxacin in the form of hydrochloride. Drops in the ears are released with the same percentage (3%) of the active substance, but lactate is used.

Systemic absorption of ear drops is low, therefore, pharmacokinetic properties of this form of drug have not been studied.
Eye drops of Cipromed penetrate well into all tissues of the eye and enter the systemic circulation. The maximum concentration in the anterior chamber of the eye is reached an hour after instillation, decreases after another one hour. The half-life of plasma is 4-5 hours.
