Form of issue

Yohimbin hydrochloride hydrochloride is a tablet of white or pale yellow color. The drug is produced by 50 tablets in a plastic jar or polymer container; one such bank or container in a pack of paper.

Instructions for use (Method and dosage)

Overdose

Symptoms of peridosis. After 30-45 minutes after taking an excessive dose, generalized paresthesias develop, weakness, memory impairment, dizziness, headache, tremor, increased pressure, tachycardia, a sense of fear, increased norepinephrine in the blood, nausea, mydriasis, vomiting, sweating. These symptoms can persist for 2-3 hours.
Treatment: stop taking the drug, rinse the stomach, then take activated charcoal. As an antidote, Clonidine can be used that neutralizes mental effects and disorders of the sympathetic nervous system.
For the treatment of hypertensive crisis, β-adrenoblockers in combination with α-adrenoblockers or peripheral vasodilators are recommended. In case of an overdose it is forbidden to use neuroleptics with phenothiazine series.

Interaction

When combined with clonidine, the effects of drugs are mutually neutralized.
Clopyramine increases the concentration of Yohimbin hydrochloride hydrochloride in blood plasma.
Yohimbin hydrochloride enhances the action of antidepressants and increases the risk of developing side effects caused by them.
Joint reception with tranquilizers weakens the activity of the latter.
