Composition
One tablet of the Sagenite preparation includes 100 mg of mesodiethylethylenedibenzenesulfonate dihydrate.
Additional substances: stearic acid, starch, microcrystalline cellulose.
Form of issue
White tablets are flat-cylindrical.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
Refers to antimycotics. Participates in the creation of negative and positive feedback in the ovary-pituitary-hypothalamus system, has a stabilizing effect on gonadotropic function and hypothalamic center. Does not have an estrogenic effect on tissues and target organs. Stimulates uterine contractions, activates placental perfusion. Helps increase the concentration of beta-lipoproteins in the blood, increases the sensitivity of cells to the action of insulin.
Indications for use
Treatment of a climacteric syndrome characterized by hot flashes, increased sweating, irritability, sleep disorders, forgetfulness, depression, skin changes of a degenerative nature (thinning of the skin, wrinkles, fragility of the nails, degeneration of the urogenital mucosa).
Contraindications
Sensitization to the components of the preparation.
Metrorrhagia.
