Composition

Pharmacodynamics

Bicalutamide — medication with non-steroidal antiandrogenic activity, not with other endocrine activity. Binds to androgen receptors and inhibits the stimulating effect of androgens, while gene expression is not activated. These processes cause the regression of malignant neoplasms (cancer) of the prostate.

Pharmacokinetics

Indications for use
