Composition

    The composition of one capsule A of the preparation Antigrippin-ANVI: 300 mg of ascorbic acid, 250 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 20 mg of rutoside (in the form of trihydrate). Additional substances: calcium stearate, potato starch. The composition of gelatin capsules: yellow quinoline dye, black diamond dye, azorubin dye, a dye patented blue or blue diamond, gelatin, titanium dioxide.
    One capsule B contains: 20 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, 250 mg of metamizole sodium monohydrate, 100 mg of calcium gluconate monohydrate. Additional substances: calcium stearate, potato starch. The composition of gelatin capsules: titanium dioxide, gelatin.

Form of issue

The preparation Antigrippin-ANVI includes capsules of two types:
    capsules A are usually green, solid; content - a mixture of amorphous and crystalline masses of light yellow color with a slight green tint, possibly the presence of lumps;
    capsules B are usually white in color, also hard; the contents - a mixture of fine granules and white powder, allowed the presence of a yellow shade or lumps.
Ten capsules A in a contour pack and ten capsules B in a contoured package; one package of each capsule in a pack of paper.

pharmachologic effect

Antipyretic, analgesic, angioprotective, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Combined drug.
Ascorbic acid regulates redox reactions, carbohydrate metabolism, tissues regeneration processes, blood coagulability, increases the body's resistance.
Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) has antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiaggregant effect.
Rutozid (or rutin) is a potent angioprotector. Reduces the permeability of capillaries, symptoms of inflammation, stabilizes the vascular wall. Reduces aggregation and increases erythrocyte deformation.
Diphenhydramine has an anti-allergic and anti-edematous effect. Reduces the permeability of blood vessels, removes flushing and swelling of the mucous membranes of the nose, manifestations of hypersensitivity reactions on the part of the respiratory tract.
Metamizole sodium has an analgesic, antipyretic and insignificant anti-inflammatory effect associated with the inhibition of biosynthesis of prostaglandins.
Calcium gluconate regulates the metabolism of phosphorus and calcium, has an antiallergic effect, reduces vascular permeability. In the treatment of allergic diseases it is recommended to use it together with antihistamines.

Indications for use

Symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory viral diseases, influenza and diseases called "colds" in persons aged 15 years.

Contraindications

The drug has the following contraindications for use:
    bleeding from the organs of the digestive tract;
    The bronchial asthma and diseases accompanied by bronchospasm;
    erosive and ulcerative changes in the organs of the digestive tract;
    tendency to bleeding;
    marked changes in liver or kidney function;
    hemorrhagic diathesis (thrombocytopenic purpura, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, hypoprothrombinemia, telangiectasia, von Willebrand's disease);
    hemolytic anemia of a hereditary type (including anemia caused by a deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase);
    suppression of hematopoiesis (neutropenia, agranulocytosis, leukopenia);
    exfoliating aortic aneurysm;
    hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria;
    portal hypertension;
    calcium nephrolithiasis;
    sarcoidosis;
    an overdose of cardiac glycosides;
    lack of vitamin K;
    age is less than 15 years;
    pregnancy and lactation;
    lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;
    hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.
It is recommended with caution to prescribe Antigrippin-ANVI for gout, urate nephrolithiasis, hyperuricemia, peptic ulcer disease, decompensated cardiac insufficiency.

Side effects

    Phenomena from the digestive system: gastralgia, anorexia, diarrhea, bleeding, erosive-ulcerative changes, vomiting, nausea, hepatic insufficiency.
    Phenomena on the part of the system: increased pressure, tachycardia.
    The phenomena from the genitourinary system: the failure of the kidneys.
    Allergic phenomena: angioedema, rash, bronchospasm.
Side effects noted with the use of the drug for more than one week
    Phenomena from the nervous system: headache, dizziness.
    Phenomena from the organs of the organ of hearing and eyes: noise in the ears, vision damage, deafness.
    Phenomena from the hematopoietic system: thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis.
    Phenomena from the respiratory system: bronchospasm.
    Allergic phenomena: possible development of anaphylactic shock, Lyell syndrome or Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
    The phenomena from the side of the blood coagulation system: hypocoagulation, weakening of platelet aggregation, hemorrhagic syndrome.

    Other phenomena: the development of Reye's syndrome is possible in children (metabolic acidosis, hyperpyrexia, vomiting, changes in the psyche, liver damage).

Instructions for Antigrippin-ANVI

Capsules are prescribed inside to persons of 15 years old, two pieces at a time (one capsule A and one capsule B). Reception is carried out after eating twice or thrice a day. The period of treatment with the drug is usually from three to five days.
If there is no effect of taking this medication, you should stop using it and contact your doctor.

Overdose

Symptoms of overdose: vomiting, nausea, sweating, stomach pain, skin pallor, tachycardia; with a mild overdose, tinnitus may be observed; with severe overdose - collapse, drowsiness, convulsions, shortness of breath, bronchospasm, anuria, progressive respiratory paralysis, bleeding.
Therapy: gastric lavage, the use of activated charcoal and salt laxatives; when developing seizures, intravenous diazepam is recommended; if necessary, perform forced diuresis or hemodialysis.

Interaction

When combined with indirect anticoagulants, heparin, reserpine, hypoglycemic agents and steroid hormones, their action is enhanced.
When used simultaneously with Furosemide, Spironolactone, uricosuric and antihypertensive agents, their effectiveness decreases.
The drug increases the undesirable reactions of glucocorticosteroids, derivatives of methotrexate, sulfonylurea, non-opioid analgesics and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Ascorbic acid enhances the absorption of iron in the intestine.
When used concomitantly with barbiturates, zidovudine, antiepileptic drugs, rifampicin and alcohol-containing drugs, the risk of hepatotoxic effects increases.
Metamizole sodium stimulates the effects of alcohol-containing beverages.
Tricyclic antidepressants, Allopurinol and oral contraceptives change metabolism of metamizole and increase its toxicity.
Simultaneous use of Metamizol with Cyclosporin reduces the level of the latter in the blood.
Tranquilizers and sedatives stimulate the analgesic effect of the drug.
When combined, thiamazole sodium and melphalan increase the risk of leukopenia.
Radiocontrast agents, penicillin and colloidal blood substitutes should not be used while taking metamizole sodium.

Antigrippin-ANVI is contraindicated during pregnancy.
