Elixir Codelac Broncho refers to combined expectorant medications.

Form of issue, composition

The medication is produced in the form of an elixir having a brown color. During storage, precipitation may occur.
5 ml of the solution contains 30 mg of sodium glycyrrhizinate, 10 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride and 500 mg of liquid extract of thyme.
As auxiliary components, sorbitol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water and propyl parahydroxybenzoate are used.

Dosing regimen

The medication should be taken orally during eating, with some liquid.
2.5 ml can be taken for children 2-6 years. For a day you need to take 3 times.
5 ml can be taken for children 6-12 years. For a day you need to take also 3 times.
10 ml can be taken for children over 12 years and adults. For a day you need to take 4 times.

Overdose

When using Codelac Broncho's medication at a dosage exceeding the therapeutic norm, the following undesirable symptoms may develop: dyspeptic reactions, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Drug Interactions
