Mechanism of action

Mode of application

Hold the bottle in your hands to warm it to body temperature. Lie on your side, opposite to the processed ear or tilt your head to the opposite shoulder.
Gently pull the ear behind the lobe down and back to straighten the external auditory canal.
Pour up to 20 drops of Remo-Wax on the back wall, the level of the solution should reach the border of the transition to the auricle. The amount of solution depends on the size of the auditory canal, but less than 10 drops does not completely cover all the walls of the auditory canal.
Wait for 20-60 minutes. Then let the solution flow out within 1 minute, turning over to the other side (or, leaning over the sink / napkin). It is possible to paint the solution in light or dark brown color due to dissolved sulfur.
If necessary, you can leave the solution in the ear for the night, inserting in your ear a small piece of cotton wool, moistened with Remo-Wax drops.
The auditory canal should be rinsed after each application of drops to completely cleanse the ear canal from dissolved sulfur residues / sulfur plug. Wash the auditory canal with clean water body temperature.
Flushing should not cause pain. If pain occurs, stop rinsing and consult a doctor.
In the case of long-standing and dense sulfur plugs, it is recommended to repeat the application of ear drops and washing the ear for three days in a row.
Repeat the procedure with the other ear.
For regular ear hygiene and reduce the risk of sulfuric plugs, use Remo-Wax once a month.

Important

Do not drip into the center of the ear - the formation of an "air stopper" (especially if the auditory canal is narrow, convoluted or deformed, including as a result of transferred otitis).
Do not penetrate with a cotton swab or other objects deep into the ear canal - they apply microtrauma, which serve as the "gateway" of the infection and can lead to the development of external otitis and trauma to the tympanic membrane.
