Reviews about Zanocin
Quinolones are widely used in the treatment of gynecological and urological diseases, as evidenced by the reviews. Many patients were prescribed this drug for the treatment of salpingo-oophoritis, perimetritis, metroendometritis in outpatient settings. Treatment was highly effective and rational, because according to gynecologists, ofloxacin is the most effective drug for treating these diseases. The treatment was well tolerated. Only a few had minor nausea, anorexia, and diarrhea. There were manifestations of photosensitization during treatment in the summer.
Ofloxacin is excreted in urine by the kidneys, which makes it possible to successfully treat urological diseases of an inflammatory nature. As early as 5-7 days, bacteriuria disappeared, overall well-being improved. Treatment took place at a low level of side effects.
Norbaktin and Zanocin are effective against pseudomonads and E. coli, which makes it possible to use these drugs to treat purulent-inflammatory diseases. In addition to a wide spectrum of bactericidal action, Zanocin has an immunomodulating effect, which makes it the drug of choice in the treatment of diseases in patients with weakened immunity (AIDS patients, oncological patients).
