pharmachologic effect of cream Dexpan Plus

The combination of dexpanthenol and allantoin, as well as Shea butter, helps to heal, restore and moisturize damaged skin with cracks, burns (including sun), diaper rash, dry dermatitis.
Dexpanthenol stimulates the process of tissue regeneration, normalizes cellular metabolism, has a wound-healing effect.
Allantoin softens and moisturizes the skin, renewing it, eliminates dryness and flaking.
Part of Shea Butter has an additional emollient and moisturizing effect.

Dexpanthenol 5%

Dexpanthenol is a derivative of Pantothenic acid, a water-soluble vitamin B5. Increased need for pantothenic acid is observed with damage to the skin and tissues. Its deficiency in the skin can be replenished with local application of Dexpanthenol.
Dexpanthenol, when applied topically, is rapidly absorbed and penetrates all layers of the skin. It has a regenerating, healing and moderate anti-inflammatory effect.

Allantoin 0.5%

Allantoin is found in the roots of the plant Symphytum officinale (Okopchik officinalis), which has long been used to heal wounds and repair damaged tissues.
