Pharmacological action - tonic, bronchodilator, expectorant, anti-inflammatory.
The result is determined by the polysaccharides contained in the althea roots (up to 35%); in leaves of mother-and-stepmother - polysaccharides (slime, etc.); in the grass, oregano - essential oil, flavonoids; in the leaves of plantain large - polysaccharides, vitamin C; in the roots of licorice - triterpenes (glycyrrhizic acid, etc.), flavonoids; in chamomile flowers - essential oil, mucus, flavonoids; in the shoots of rosemary - essential oil; in flowers of calendula - flavonoids, carotenoids; in the grass violets - phenolic glycosides, flavonoids (rutin, quercetin), saponins; in the leaves of mint - essential oil, flavonoids.

Dosing and Administration
4 g (1 tp.) Of the collection N1 or N2 or 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the N4 collection are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of cold water (charges N1 and N2) or boiling water (collection N4), heated in a water bath for 15 minutes, insisted at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed.
