Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, cholelithiasis. Precautions. Arterial hypertension.
Dosing and Administration:
Inside, in the form of tablets - to 0.05 g 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals; if necessary - 0.1 g 2-3 times a day; course of treatment - 10-40 days.
In the form of powder for oral administration - 1 g 3 times a day for 2-3 weeks; if necessary, the course of treatment is repeated after 5 days.
In the form of granules for the preparation of oral suspension - 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day. Children from 1 month to 1 year - 13.5 mg / day (7.5 ml of suspension), 1-3 years - 27 mg / day (15 ml), 4-5 years - 40.5 mg / day (22.5 ml), over 5 years - 54 mg (30 ml). The course of treatment is 10-40 days. To prepare the suspension, freshly boiled and cooled to room temperature water (up to a mark of 100 ml) was added to the contents of the can (18.4 g) and shaken until the granules dissolved completely.
In the form of a decoction - 15-30 ml 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes before meals; to prepare a decoction of 10 g pour 200 ml of water at room temperature and heat in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cool 10 minutes; filter, squeeze and add boiled water to the original volume.
Locally - ointment is pawned for the lower eyelid 3-4 times a day for 6-8 days.

Strengthens the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin in it, increases the tone of the gallbladder and promotes the outflow of bile. Has a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the sphincters of the gallbladder and bile ducts, changes the viscosity and chemical composition of the bile.
Stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, contributes to a better digestion of food. Activates the exocrine activity of the pancreas; dilates the blood vessels of the intestine.
Promoting the allocation of cholesterol with bile, has a hypocholesterolemic effect; has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, increases the activity of metronidazole and aminoquinol in the treatment of giardiasis.
Stimulates regenerative processes in the tissues of the eye.
