Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic and antiplatelet effect. Pharmacokinetics

When taken orally, the degree of absorption is high. The time of the greatest concentration reaches 2.5 hours.
Reactions with plasma proteins are 95% and do not have a dose-dependent character. Actively penetrates into the synovial fluid and the focus of inflammation. Easily penetrates through any gistogematicheskie barriers.
It is transformed in the liver with the participation of monooxygenases. The main metabolite is 4-hydroxynimidesulide, it is inclined to undergo enterohepatic recirculation. The elimination half-life is 1.7-4.8 hours. It is excreted in urine and bile.

Reviews of Nemulex

Reviews about Nemulex on forums and among doctors do not differ from reviews about other Nemulex-containing drugs. These drugs have proven themselves for joint and bone pain, as well as for traumatic pain syndrome.
Nemulex often causes reactions from the digestive organs, including ulceration and hepatonecrosis, so it (like other preparations based on Nemulex) is banned in many countries of Western Europe.
