Composition

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (hypromellose) is the main component in a volume of 3 mg.
Excipients: sodium chloride, disodium phosphate, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid salt, benzalkonium chloride, water and sodium hydrophosphate.

Form of issue

Drops are sold in a 10-ml bottle, placed in a dense cardboard package. In addition, the kit includes a sterile plastic dropper, screwed onto the bottle.

pharmachologic effect

The drug is a protector of the corneal epithelium.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Eye drops Defislez have an emollient, moisturizing effect with insufficient secretion of tear fluid. Due to the high viscosity of hypromellose, the period of contact of the drug with the cornea is prolonged. The refractive index of the composition is the same as that of natural tears. The drug helps to restore the optical characteristics of tear fluid and protects the cornea from external influences.
There is no data on pharmacokinetics.
