The drug has a neurospecific effect on the nervous system.

Pharmacokinetics

Indications for use

Contraindications

Contraindications to the use of Semax 0.1%:

1 drop of the solution the preparation includes 50 μg of active substance. By means of a cork-pipette, no more than 2-3 drops of solution are injected into the nasal passages. The increase in dosage is effected by the administration of drops several times at intervals of 12-15 minutes.
A single dose can reach 2000 μg (calculated from the calculation of 4-30 μg / kg of weight). The total daily dose can reach 5000 μg (calculated from the calculation of 8-70 μg / kg of weight).
The drug is administered daily for 3-5 days, if necessary, the treatment is extended to 2 weeks.

Overdose

Interaction
