The drug Sinuforte belongs to the group of phytopreparations. It is used for the treatment and prophylaxis of sinuses of the nose and has a pronounced secretolitic and secretory effect.

Composition and form of the preparation

The preparation Sinuforte is available in the form of lyophysiata for the preparation of a solution and its subsequent instillation into the nasal passages. Sinuforte lyophyzas is sold in bottles of transparent glass with a volume of 50 mg. In the kit with the bottle comes the nozzle-sprayer. The preparation is packed in a plastic pallet and a cardboard box with the attached detailed instructions.
Contents vial - suspension of white or brownish color, after dissolution - a liquid of light yellow color is transparent. One bottle contains 50 mg of active ingredient - lyophyzac juice and extract of fresh tubers of European cyclamen. As a solvent, 5 ml of water for injections is applied.

Indications for use

Sinuforte is prescribed for patients older than 5 years as part of complex therapy for the following diseases:
    sinusitis in acute and chronic form of the course;
    sinusitis;
    frontitis;
    sphenoiditis;
    rhinosinusitis;
    etmoiditis.
The drug gives a good therapeutic effect for various purulent complications in the nasal cavity. Also, as an aid, the drug can be used as part of a complex therapy for otitis of bacterial and purulent origin.
Liofi Asia Sinuforte is often prescribed to patients during rehabilitation after surgical and various interventions on the nasal cavity (puncture of the maxillary sinuses, endoscopic examinations) in order to prevent the development of inflammatory processes and complications.

Contraindications

    polyps in the nose;
    cysts of the sinuses of the nose;
    individual intolerance to the components of the drug;
    sinusitis or rhinosinusitis of allergic origin;

    age of child under 5 years of age - data on drug safety in children younger than this age are not provided and clinical experience is not available;

Method of administration and dosage

Liofiziatz Sinuforte is intended for intranasal administration (in the nose). Before injecting the drug into the nasal passages, the contents of the vial must be dissolved in 5 ml of water for injection and shaken well.
The dosage of the drug and the duration of the course of treatment are determined by the doctor individually for each patient. According to the instruction, children older than 5 years are sprayed with a dispenser once a day in each nasal passage, which corresponds to 2-3 drops of the drug. The drug is sprayed into the nose 1 time per day for the first 5 days, then the next 5 days the drug can be administered every other day. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Side effects
