According to the instructions, 1 tablet is taken orally 3 times a day, without chewing and grinding, with enough water. The duration of the course of therapy is 7-14 days, but if there are no visible improvements or the patient's condition worsened against the background of taking the drug, it is necessary to repeatedly consult a doctor.
Use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation
In the first trimester of pregnancy, the use of the drug is contraindicated, since at this stage, the internal organs and fetal systems are being laid, and the effect of drugs on the woman's body can lead to unfavorable consequences.
In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, Sinupret can be used only if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risks to the fetus. The drug is prescribed to the future mother in the lowest effective dosage under the strict supervision of the doctor. If there are any side effects, the drug is canceled.
There is no data on the ability of the drug to penetrate breast milk in a nursing mother and its safety for infants. Due to the lack of information, Sinupret is not prescribed for treating women during lactation. If you need to use the drug should resolve the issue of ending breastfeeding.
