special instructions for Tyzine Expert
Long-term use (more than 7 days) and an overdose of sympathomimetics, which have a decongestive effect, can lead to reactive hyperemia of the nasal mucosa. As a result, there is difficulty in nasal breathing, which leads to the fact that the patient begins to use Tyzine Expert repeatedly or even constantly. This can lead to chronic swelling (medicamentous rhinitis), and eventually even to the atrophy of the mucous membrane of the nose (the lake). It is not recommended to apply the drug in continuous mode for more than 7 days.
In more mild cases, in order to improve the patient's condition, one can first stop the introduction of sympathomimetics into one nasal passage, and after reducing complaints continue to inject it into the other nasal passage to partially provide nasal breathing.
Do not exceed the recommended dose, especially in children and elderly patients.
If the medicine has become unusable or has expired, do not throw it into sewage or into the street. It is necessary to place Tyzine Expert in a bag and put it in a garbage container. These measures will help protect the environment.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms
With prolonged treatment or use of the drug in higher doses, one can not exclude the possibility of its systemic action on the cardiovascular system. In such cases, the ability to drive and control technology can be violated.
