pharmachologic effect of Endofalk

Laxative drug. The effect is due to the action of the constituents of Endofalk and is the occurrence of diarrhea.
Macrogol 3350 (polyethylene glycol) due to the creation of an isoosmolar solution prevents the absorption of water in the stomach and intestines, facilitates the accelerated passage and isolation of the contents of the gastrointestinal tract.
Electrolytes of the salts included in the preparation prevent the violation of the water-salt balance of the body.
High molecular weight polyethylene glycol, because of the lack of absorption and metabolism, prevents unwanted gas formation caused by the metabolic action of bacteria.

Pharmacokinetics

Indications

Dosage

Adults and children over 18 years of age, Endofalk is usually administered orally in the form of a solution. Recommended dose: 3-4 liters of solution, taken in portions of 200-300 ml every 10 minutes.
To prepare 1 liter of solution, the contents of 2 bags are dissolved in 0.5 liters of cooled boiled (purified) water and then the volume of the solution is brought to 1 liter. In total, for a complete cleansing of the intestine, it is recommended to prepare and take 3 liters of Endofalka solution. The time during which the solution should be taken is 3-4 hours.
