Composition

INN: Pyridoxine + Cyanocobalamin + Thiamine + [Lidocaine].
The composition of 1 ml of this solution of Combilipen includes the following active substances: thiamine hydrochloride - 50 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride-50 mg, cyanocobalamin-500 μg, lidocaine hydrochloride - 10 mg. As adjuvants: benzyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide, potassium hexacyanoferrate, sodium tripolyphosphate, water for injection.
The composition of 1 tablet of the drug is: pyridoxine hydrochloride - 100 mg, benfotiamine - 100 mg, cyanocobalamin - 2 μg. As auxiliary substances: carmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, calcium stearate, talc, polysorbate, sucrose.

Form of issue

The drug is released as a solution for injections and tablets. The drug in the form of a solution is contained in ampoules of 2 ml, the package includes 5, 10 and 30 ampoules. Tablets Combilipen Tubs round, covered with a film white shell, biconvex. They are sold in cell packs of 15, 30, 45 or 60 pieces in cardboard boxes.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) takes a direct part in the metabolic processes of the central nervous system. It provides normalization of nerve impulses, excitation and inhibition, and also takes part in the synthesis of catecholamines (epinephrine, norepinephrine) and in the transport of sphingosine (a component of the nervous membrane).
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) participates in the production of choline, the main substrate for the synthesis of acetylcholine (acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that takes part in conducting nerve impulses), hemopoiesis (promotes the maturation of red blood cells and ensures their resistance to hemolysis). Also, cyanocobalamin is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids, folic acid, myelin. It increases the ability of body tissues to regenerate.
