The active substance of the gel is clindamycin phosphate.
Auxiliary components: methylparahydroxybenzoate (nipagin), disodium lauriminodipropionate tocopheryl phosphate, allantoin, propylene glycol, sodium hydroxide, macrogol-400, carbomer copolymer and interpolymer, purified water.

This antibiotic from the group of lincosamides affects all strains of Propionibacterium acnes. In this case, the average concentration of antibiotic in the composition of comedones exceeds the minimum value of the inhibitory strain Propionibacterium acnes, which are the causative agents of acne.
