Release form and drug composition
The drug Papazol is produced in the form of tablets for oral use in blisters of 10 pieces, packed in a cardboard box with the attached detailed description. Each tablet contains 2 active active ingredients - Dibazol in the form of Bendazole hydrochloride and Papaverine hydrochloride, 0.03 g each. As auxiliary components are potato starch, calcium stearate, lactose monohydrate.
Pharmacological properties of the drug
Tablets Papazol belongs to the group of combined antispasmodics. The active ingredients that make up the drug lower blood pressure indicators, dilate blood vessels, and remove the increased tone of smooth muscles.
Dibazol is a myotropic antispasmodic, has a relaxing and vasodilating effect, has a moderate immunostimulating activity.
Papaverine hydrochloride - antispasmodic, has a relaxing effect on smooth muscles, which are lined with bronchi, organs of the gastrointestinal tract, uterus, bladder. The drug has a mild sedative effect on the central nervous system.
Indications for use
Tablets Papazol prescribed to patients in the presence of the following conditions:
High blood pressure;
Spasm of cerebral vessels, as a result of which the nutrition of brain areas is disturbed;
Spasm and spastic pains of the digestive tract organs, in particular, biliary colic, cholecystitis, spastic colitis;

Contraindications for Papazol
