Composition

100 grams of syrup include 5 grams of a plantain extract of lanceolate (1: 1) - the active ingredient.
Additional ingredients: sugar beet syrup, sucrose, mint oil, water, potassium sorbate.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The main constituents of the plantain extract are: flavonoids, iridoid glycosides (catapol, aucubin), tannins, mucus, saponins, phenolcarbonic acids (chlorogenic) and their glycosides (verbascoside). It is because of their effects that the secretion, anti-inflammatory and expectorant (thawing out sputum) effectiveness of syrup with psoriasis is manifested.

Indications for use

Dr. Theiss plantain syrup is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of a cough with viscous sputum observed in diseases of the respiratory tract infection-inflammatory etiology.

Contraindications
