Composition

The Nimica tablet may contain 50 or 100 mg of nimesulide.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, purified talc, colloidal silica, citric acid monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, aspartame, sodium starch glycolate, fruit flavor, magnesium stearate, water.

Anti-inflammatory non-steroidal agent with the presence of a sulfonylid group in the structure. It is believed that nimesulide refers to selective blockers of cyclooxygenase of the second type. It inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the focus of inflammation and, to a lesser extent, in other tissues, which causes the blocking of predominantly cyclooxygenase of the second type. It is able to suppress the production of oxygen radicals (without correction of hemostasis and phagocytosis) and slow release of myeloperoxidase.
