The use of a pharmacy fumaricum containing an alkaloid fumarin, helps to normalize the volume of secreted bile, facilitating its inflow to the intestine, relieves spasms of the bile duct and gall bladder.
Silymarin, which is part of the milk thistle, is characterized by hepatoprotective action, which manifests itself in hepatic intoxications of chronic and acute nature (by binding toxic substances and free radicals in the liver tissue), stimulates protein synthesis, has membrane stabilizing and antioxidant efficacy, and favors the restoration of damaged liver cells.
When administered orally, flavonoids of silymarin pass through the stage of intestinal hepatic recirculation and are excreted excreted from the body with bile.

Indications for use

Hepabene capsules are indicated for treatment of:
    chronic toxic hepatic lesions;
    chronic hepatitis;
