The drug Next is available in the form of tablets for oral administration in blisters for 2, 6, 10 or 12 tablets in a cardboard box, where the instruction is enclosed with a detailed description.
Each tablet contains active active ingredients:
Ibuprofen 400 mg;
Paracetamol 200 mg.
In addition, the preparation includes a number of auxiliary components.
Pharmacological properties
Tablets Next is a combination of medicines that exerts a pronounced analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect on the body. Included in the tablet active ingredients suppress the synthesis of prostaglandins - the main stimulant of inflammatory processes in the body.
Against the background of the treatment, the pain decreases in the joint region at rest, the endurance of the joint increases to physical loads, the morning stiffness and swelling of the inflamed joints decrease under the influence of the drug.
The drug can be used as part of complex therapy for various pain syndromes and acute respiratory viral infections, accompanied by fever.
Indications for use
The drug Next is assigned to patients under the following conditions:
Tension headaches, severe migraine;
Toothache;
Muscle pain;
Painful menstruation in women;
Neuralgia;
Pain in the back, lower back;
Pain in the joints;
Post-traumatic pain;
Pain caused by the inflammatory process of the musculoskeletal system;
Pain caused by bruises, sprains;
As part of complex therapy for acute respiratory viral infections;
Fever.
Contraindications to use
The drug can be taken only as directed by a doctor. Before starting therapy, you should carefully read the instructions, since the drug has a number of the following contraindications:
Increased individual sensitivity to the constituents of the preparation;
Suspicion of stomach ulcer or diagnosed ulcer;
Gastrointestinal bleeding or suspicion of it;
Erosive ulcerative colitis;
Impaired liver and kidney function, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency;

Method of administration and dosage regimen

Side effects
If the drug is used for more than 3 days, the risk of developing side effects increases with the following clinical symptoms:
On the part of the organs of the digestive canal - pain in the stomach, nausea, lack of appetite, diarrhea or constipation, exacerbation of chronic diseases of the digestive tract, development of peptic ulcer and erosive colitis;

Overdose

When the drug is combined with glucocorticosteroids, Ibuprofen, ethanol, the risk of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract increases.
With the simultaneous administration of this drug to medicines containing Paracetamol, the risk of toxic liver damage is significantly increased in patients.
Long-term use of barbiturates reduces the therapeutic effect of paracetamol, which is part of the drug. Antacids and enterosorbents reduce the absorption of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, which significantly reduces the therapeutic effect of the drug Next.
The drug is not recommended at the same time to appoint with anticoagulants or Acetylsalicylic acid, as this drug interaction increases the risk of bleeding.
