Indications for use

Capsules of Unex Uno Express is used mainly in pain syndrome and as an antipyretic: for headache, migraine, toothache, painful menstruation, neuralgia, back pain, muscle and rheumatic pains; at feverish conditions at a flu and catarrhal diseases.

Contraindications of Next Uno Express

- Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen and other components of capsules.
- children's age till 12 years;
- pregnancy III trimester, the period of breastfeeding;
- erosive and ulcerative diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (including gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease);
- complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (including in anamnesis);
- severe renal failure (CC less than 30 ml / min);
progressive kidney disease;
severe hepatic insufficiency or active liver disease;
- Violations of blood clotting (including hemophilia, lengthening bleeding time, propensity to bleed, hemorrhagic diathesis);
- active gastrointestinal hemorrhage;
- intracranial hemorrhage;
- bleeding or perforation of a gastrointestinal ulcer in an anamnesis, provoked by the use of NSAIDs;
- severe heart failure;
- condition after aortocoronary shunting;
- confirmed hyperkalemia;
- intolerance to fructose.

Dosing and Administration (Instruction):

Capsules Next Uno Express is prescribed for adults and children over 12 years inside after meals, 200 mg (1 capsule) 3-4 times a day. Capsules should be washed down with a glass of water.
To achieve a rapid therapeutic effect, the dose can be increased to 400 mg (2 capsules) 3 times a day. When the therapeutic effect is achieved, the daily dose of the drug is reduced to 600-800 mg.
The maximum daily dose of Next Eno Express for adults is 1200 mg (not more than 6 capsules in 24 hours).
The maximum daily dose for children 12-18 years is 800 mg.

Pharmachologic effect

The mechanism of analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action of capsules is due to inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins - mediators of pain, inflammation and hyperthermia.

Side effects of Next Uno Express

Allergic reactions to components of Unex Uno Express: often - skin rash, Quincke's edema; rarely - aseptic meningitis (more often in patients with autoimmune diseases), bronchospastic syndrome.
On the part of the hematopoiesis system: with prolonged use, anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis are possible.
From the side of the urinary system: with prolonged use, there may be impaired renal function.
On the part of the digestive system: often - nausea, anorexia, vomiting, a feeling of discomfort in the epigastrium, diarrhea; possibly the development of erosive and ulcerative gastrointestinal lesions; rarely bleeding from the digestive tract; with prolonged use may impair liver function.
From the side of the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system: often - headache, dizziness, sleep disorders, agitation, visual impairment.

Special instructions

Repeated dose of Next Uno Express should be taken no earlier than 4 hours later.
If, during the application of the drug for 5 days, the pain syndrome or within 3 days of increased body temperature persists or worsens, you should stop taking the medicine and consult with your doctor.
To refrain from driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities.

Interaction

With the simultaneous application of Next Uno Express:
can displace indirect blood anticoagulants (acenocumarol), hydantoin derivatives (phenytoin), oral hypoglycemic drugs, sulfonylureas, from blood plasma protein compounds;
reduces the effect of antihypertensive agents (ACE inhibitors, beta-adrenoblockers), diuretics (furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide);
with anticoagulants may enhance their action;
with GCS, the risk of side effects from the gastrointestinal tract increases;
with amlodipine, a slight decrease in the antihypertensive effect of amlodipine is possible; with acetylsalicylic acid - the concentration of ibuprofen in blood plasma decreases; with baclofen - a case of increasing the toxic effect of baclofen is described.
