Overdose

Interaction

The drug is not recommended to be used simultaneously with other vasoconstrictors, which can lead to additional stimulation of the central nervous system and the appearance of nervousness, irritability, insomnia.
Do not apply simultaneously with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Procarbazine, Selegin), Guanedrel and Guanethidine, which enhance the vasoconstrictor effect of phenylephrine.
Simultaneous reception of phenylephrine with ß-adrenoblockers leads to an increase in blood pressure and a pronounced bradycardia up to heart block.
